Catherine found yoga in 2015 as an additional way of physical movement. Although she would often find herself straying from the studio, to focus more on the gym and outdoor activities, something would always bring her back to her mat. In 2017 she committed to carving out time each week as she connected within and deepened her personal practice. This dedication to herself opened her heart to wanting to share and connect through yoga with her clients and community. Catherine obtained her 200-hour certification at her home studio, In Fine Feather in Hamilton ON. In addition she has her 25-hour Postnatal Certification through Toronto Yoga Mamas. Her passion for supporting prenatal and postpartum women shines as she observes the need for self-appreciation and love during this intimate time in a women’s life. Catherine is also a Holistic Nutritionist and Labor/Postpartum Doula. She has dedicated her work to supporting and empowering others to connect through mind, body and spirit. While in class with Catherine, you can expect a light hearted and accessible approach to yoga where she encourages students to move, breath and feel amazing in their bodies.
