Join Tim for the first portion of this Ashtanga Yoga workshop and be guided through the primary series. The primary series is traditionally practiced in Ashtanga Yoga and is a set sequence of postures. Tim will teach you more about the sequence, assist you into the poses with proper alignment and discuss why we practice the series.
In the second portion of this workshop, Helena will explore the philosophy behind Ashtanga yoga; following the 8 Fold Path or the 8 Limb Path that is the foundation of the practice. The 8 Limbs outline the ways in which we can achieve the full experience of Yoga. This workshop is all levels. Pre-registration is requested.
