Are you looking to deepen your meditation practice and discover techniques for creating a grounded, centered and daily routine for meditation in your life? Would you like to share the gift of guiding and hosting meditation for others? In this 20 Hr program we will explore different pranayama/breathe work techniques for your meditation practice. We will understand how to properly breathe, why we meditate and how to integrate these benefits to our lives for both therapy and transcendence. A number of meditation styles will be explored and students will leave feeling confident in their ability to meditate and to facilitate guided meditations for others.
For students enrolled in the full course, please be mindful that we take a summer break after this workshop and the additional hours will be made up in assignments and self study.
