Explore the balance of movement and stillness in the body and mind through the practice of Yin Yang Yoga. The first portion of this class will build heat and strength while the second portion will explore slowing down and longer held postures. This class has been designed for students of all levels. We have three instructors demonstrating the different options available for modifying postures or exploring a deeper expression. The class is 27 minutes in duration and will leave you feeling in harmony with the body.
