Yin Yang Yoga

(Some yoga experience encouraged) This practice contains two elements to the class; the beginning half of the class is the Yang portion, which is a fast paced, energetic flow 1. The Yin part of the class slows the pace down and moves the body into longer held postures. Yin aims to lengthen connective tissue as you stretch and is a complement to strength based Yang classes.

Intermediate Yoga Flow

(Some yoga experience encouraged) This class takes the same postures introduced at the Beginner level but increases the difficultly. Students will be instructed to move through sequences at a faster pace, with less alignment cues and more challenging variations of the asana postures will be offered. For example, arm balances, inversions and backbends will be introduced

While you move, be inspired to savour each breath and explore uninterrupted creative time for yourself. Students are encouraged to take postures at their own pace.

Gentle Yoga

(Beginner/All Levels) Full relaxation is the aim of this yoga class. It's a great practice for people recovering from an injury or looking to de-stress. You will be guided into longer held poses that will allow the mind to tune out and the body restore through stretching and deeper breathing.

Sunrise Yoga

Start your day with intention and community. This class will set the tone for your day and will give you space to honour your body and mind. Land on your mat, exactly as you are, expect energizing movement, a variety of guided meditations, affirmations and journal prompts. This class will leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated.

Core Flow

This class will connect you to your core by activating deep and superficial muscles of the abdomen and back - addressing 360 degrees around your torso. We will explore how the diaphragm and pelvis contribute to core stability, how the core coordinates with the rest of the body, and how we can balance building strength with mobility. Movement in the body starts at the core, just as movement through life starts with the core of your being, this class offers the opportunity to connect more with both.
