In this 20 minute class you will be invited to move slowly, to relax as much as possible and move into light stretches to help open the body. This is a great practice for people recovering from an injury or looking to de-stress. You will be guided into poses that allow the mind to tune out and restore the body through stretching and deeper breathing. This class is all levels and safe for beginners.
