Here are some simple practice guidelines to help enrich your experience in one of our yoga classes.
-Arrive 15 minutes early to register for class at the front desk. Don’t be late; later comers are not permitted into the practice room.
-The front door will be locked once class has started, this way there will be no distruptions during the practice.
-Don’t have your own mat, no worries, the studio has extra you can rent for $2.00.
-You should wear clothes that are comfortable and movable, something you can stretch in.
-The practice is done in bare feet, so leave your street shoes at the door please.
-You should bring water, a mat and a towel is optional.
-Any injuries, be sure to inform your instructor.
-The practice room is a silent space, so no cell phones in class and try to keep the chatting for after class.
-This is a place to come and relax. So let’s respect the space by keeping it silent; quiet voices and no cell phones.
-The Wellness Room, is our intimate practice room located the back of the studio, these classes are reserved for smaller class sizes of 8 students, please register online through our Mindbody App or arrive 15 minutes early.
