Yoga & Meditation


We will have time each day to breathe and move through a steady yoga and meditation practice in some amazing locations. As a community we will deepen and explore our understanding to dharma and duty through daily journaling and group discussions. This yoga retreat will offer a variety of yoga styles from gentle morning classes to more energetic moving flows that support strength and flexibility. Your teachers Helena, Jackee and Meagan will weave in deep relaxation and meditation to ensure you have time to restore. Our yoga classes are suitable for all levels.


We strongly encourage beginner yogis to join us. This is a wonderful opportunity to find a deeper connection with your body and heart as you start to cultivate a personal yoga practice. No matter what your level of experience is, this will be a transformative time for you.

Our retreat will help you heal with the intimacy and personal support of a sacred circle of other like-minded students. You will feel full from the love and community around you, simultaneously cultivating compassion for yourself and others in ways you never thought possible.
