It’s a way for people to assess their skills and qualities, consider their aims in life and set goals in order to realize and maximize their potential. This foundational 200 hour program is an opportunity to grow personally and nourish your love for the practice, but will also contain practical and functional elements to prepare you to teach in a classroom.
